Guarantee the good function and good quality of programming design, set up to ensure that project objectives are met within the technician area, making projects in China and abroad, give support to customer and other departments, maintaining Mondragon Assembly criteria efficiently.
岗位职责
Responsibilities:
1. 仔细阅读并认真理解内部需求(客户技术大纲)和客户相关要求。
Read and understand the internal requirements (Guide line) and customer requirements.
2. 仔细阅读并认真理解专用设备的操作手册，知道如何实现控制。
Read and understand operation manual from special equipment. And know how to control.
3. 与机械工程师一起审核设备I/O图，出现变更时候，及时更新。
Review equipment I/O chart together with Mechanical Engineers. And then updated it timely.
4. 起草并完成所有相关的电气文集及装配指导书。
Complete Assembly Notebook with all related electrical documents.
5. 根据蒙德拉贡的技术标准编写程序，并确保质量。
Make Programing, according to MAK standards and ensuring quality.
6. 向项目经理汇报电气工程活动的状态(项目跟进表)。
Report to PM the status of the electrical engineering activities (follow-up sheet).
7. 跟进供应商进度确保项目实施正确(视觉系统，机器人编程，数据库等....)
Follow-up supplier to verify the work is done correctly (Vision system, robots programming, database, etc.…)
8. 能快速发现车间装配过程中和客户现场的出现的问题。
Can fast to find electrical connection problems in workshop and customer side.
9. 关注离线程序和测试程序的安全状况，确保所有安全电路正常工作。
Take care about the safety condition during the offline program and test program, ensure all the safety circuit is working correctly.
10. 监督测试机器的运行情况(自动循环，家用循环，SBS, SEMI)。
Test the operation of the machine (Auto cycle, Home cycle, SBS, SEMI).
11. 检查和测试机器是否满足运行周期，并改进程序以满足运行周期要求。
Review and test if the machine get the cycle time and improve the program to achieve the cycle time.
12. 与机械工程师协调解决装配问题，确保机器正常运转和效率指标。
Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers to solve assembly problems and to ensure machine operation and efficiency.
13. 支持车间和客户现场的装配调试;在装配和安装调试中及时修改相关文档。、
Support assembly operations in workshop and customer site; programing and rest of documents with all modifications done during assembly and set up.
14. 为客户制作设备电气文件。
Make equipment electrical documentation for customer.
15. 机器交付后，配合出差完成设备的现场调试。
After the delivery of the machine, cooperate with the business trip to complete the debugging of the equipment on site.
16. 将所有信息在服务器的项目文件夹中进行归类存档(最新程序和图纸版本)。
Save all the information on the project folder of the server (latest program and drawing version).
17. 能使用程序控制特殊设备如视觉系统、检测仪、伺服电机、激光制造、扫描仪、测漏仪、输送机、给料机、螺丝刀等。
Be able to use program control special equipment like vision system, checker, servomotor, Laser Making, Scanner, Leak test, conveyor, bowl feeder, screw drivers, etc.
18. 保持办公室和车间的安全、清洁和整洁。
Keep safety, clean and organized the office and workshop.
具体技能：
Specific skills:
懂气动和电气相关知识；
Pneumatic and electrical installations.
熟悉电气元件及控制原理；
Familiar with electrical components and principle of control.
能熟练使用西门子(S7、1200、1500)、AB、欧姆龙、施耐德、西门子至少一种PLC，西门子优先；
Proficient in using at least one PLC of Siemens (S7, 1200,1500), AB, Omron, Schneider, Siemens is preferred.
Making and programming PLCs.
有视觉系统经验，熟悉GRAPH,ST(SCL)语言；
Have experience in visioning system, familiar with GRAPH，ST（SCL）language.
了解机械零件和机械原理；
Knowledge of mechanical machine elements and mechanisms.
传感器技术:传感器、光电池、激光 ·
Sensor technology: sensors, photocells, laser, ...
熟练运用直线电机，伺服控制轴；
Linear motors, servo-controlled axes.
安全光栅,行业相关标准规范….. ·
Security barriers and related regulations, …
熟练运用E-PLAN画图。
Familiar to use E-PLAN to make electrical drawing.

本科学历，电气专业，熟悉电气配件；
Bachelor’s degree, major in electrical, familiar with electrical components;
至少5年以上在解决方案或类似项目的行业经验；
Previous working experience with a proven track record in our solutions or similar, at least 5 years.
与客户/销售和/或子公司和其他业务相关方沟通时能使用英语(读、写、说)，具有高度的专业化。掌握这一语言是任何该职位候选人的加分条件。
The relationship with customers/sales agents and/or subsidiaries and other entities requires the use of English (reading, written, spoken), with a high level of specialization. A command of this language is an Plus requirement for any candidate for the post.
能配合公司国内外出差。
Must be fully available for business trip. Available for stay abroad.
