方案&应用技术工程师Application engineer

岗位职责 ：

Responsibilities:

与销售和总经理沟通并向客户提出技术和商业建议； 

Make technical and commercial proposals to customers, in coordination with Sales and General Management

 支持销售团队拜访客户并准备相应的文件； 

  Support sales team visiting customers and preparing needed documentation when required.

检查、审查并澄清客户的所有要求及技术参数；

  Check, review and make clear all customer’s requirements and specifications

  为客户准备技术建议，需要时由工程、采购和/或供应商提供支持。与供应商探讨并寻求合适的解决方案并与供应商和客户确认相应的设备参数并商定解决方案； 

  Prepare technical proposals for customers, supported by Engineering, Purchase and/or Suppliers when needed. Find proper solutions and needed equipment with our suppliers. Review and agree solutions with customers.

 与销售和总经理沟通并撰写成本清单和价格计算表； 

  Prepare cost breakdown and price calculation, agree it with Sales and General Management

与采购部门沟通协商，特别是特殊和外协标准设备的成本核算； 

 Coordinate with Purchasing Department, especially for special and commercial equipment costing

起草项目草拟的时间表和计划表； 

  Prepare project draft timeline and planning.

 为客户准时提供高质量且详尽的报价文件；

 Prepare offer document for customer with good quality, detailed and on time. 

 支持销售与客户协商报价并获得订单。   

 Support Sales to negotiate offers with customer and get their PO.      

撰写V00版技术大纲明确定义项目要求、技术参数和范围，并与项目团队和客户团队召开项目启动会；

 Define and make clear project requirements, specifications and scope with Guideline V00 document and kick off meetings, with project team and with customer team.

 当接到客户的订单时，准备工程技术大纲，包括： 

？Prepare Technical Guideline for Engineering when we get order from customer, including:

客户的技术要求和参数 

o  Customer’s requirements and specifications

  产品说明和图纸

o Product description and drawings

  布局和组装工艺的步骤和说明 

o Layout and assembly process step and description

  站点描述：布局、主要组件列表、周期时间分析、DFMEA（如果需要） 

o Stations description: layout, main components list, cycle time analysis, DFMEA (if required)

特殊设备说明  

o Special equipment description 

特殊要求描述和概念（如果有） 

o Special requirements description and concept (if any)

 项目时间表  

o Project timing   

准备项目时间，安排和计划；

Prepare project timing and planning

准备物料 80-20 成本明细和工位成本；   

Prepare material 80-20 cost breakdown and cost by station

进行内部项目启动会议和制定内部订单； 

Make internal kick off meeting and Internal Order

 与MA项目团队一起组织和参加客户启动会议。       

Organize and attend customer kick off meeting together with MA project team

在项目开发期间支持项目团队： 

Support project team during project development:

明确项目范围，哪些包括和哪些不包括；  

 Clarify scope of project, what is included and what not 

澄清并于客户确认各工站的技术解决方案，尤其是澄清并明确原始概念设计或新技术要求；  

 Clarify and agree technical solutions of stations, especially if there are changes from original concept or new requirements

  与客户协商并确认设计变更和追加费用。   

 Negotiate and agree with customer changes and additional cost           

记录和存档所有与项目相关的所有信息；

 Record and storage all information related to the project. 

 创建报价文件夹，包括客户技术参数、要求和协议； 技术解决方案； 项目规划; 成本核算； 报价文件以及供应商的报价； 

 Create quotation folder, including customer specifications, requirements and agreements; technical solutions; planning; cost calculations; offer documents; supplier’s quotation.

  获取并存档项目启动的资料：客户订单、技术要求协议、V00版 技术大纲；   

 Ensure to get and record project launching: Customer PO, specifications agreements, Guideline V00 agreement 

    通知：销售、运营、财务、采购等相关部门。       

 Inform related departments: Sales, Operations, Finance, Purchasing
