Mondragon Assembly USA, is a commercial, engineering and service office that was established in 2021.  Mondragon Assembly USA is part of Mondragon Assembly Group which is an international group specialized in the development of automation and assembly solutions for industrial components.

We group our knowledge into three business areas: Solar Systems, E-Mobility & Energy Storage, and Automation. The Automation business unit includes developing projects for automotive, electrical components, medical, household appliances, and cosmetics markets.

Our main activities in each of these business units include developing turnkey lines and machines and contract manufacturing, offering solutions anywhere in the world with our six production plants and three technical and sale offices.

Job description

 

The KAM and Applications Engineer will take care of the top Mondragon Assembly customers in the USA, ensuring a smooth experience from the reception of the RFQs to the After Sales Service.

Position guidelines are listed below but not limited to:

  •  All tasks related to the development of the Quotation.
  • Seamless communication with the development plant and with the client to ensure that what is being proposed meets the client's expectations and is faithful to the offer (that we do not reduce the content or that the client adds unmanaged add-ons).
  • Support the developer plant in any phase of the project, under the request of the developer plant.
  • Following up on the planning, shipment, payment, etc. if it is under the request of the developing plant, which is the main responsible party.
  • Customer satisfaction follow-up.
  • After-sales service.
  • Identification of new opportunities with the customer.
