Mondragon Assembly is an international group specialist in the development of automation and assembly solutions. The parent company in Spain, which is a cooperative, was created in 1977, one of the pioneers in the development of production and assembly technologies.

The Group currently has six production plants in Spain, Mexico, France, Germany, China and Brazil, and three commercial engineering and service offices in India, Tunisia and USA. 

We are divided into three business areas: Solar, E-Mobility & Energy Storage and Automation. Our main activities in each of these business include the development of turnkey lines and machines and contract manufacturing, being able to offer solutions anywhere in the world with our six production plants and three technical and sale offices.

Project Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the solar industry for Mondragon Assembly business. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing project development from inception to completion to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the solar energy market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development

Requisitos

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the solar industry, including potential projects, markets, and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in the solar market
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, utilities, and government agencies
  • Evaluate existing business development and marketing activities
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, develop client relationships, and close deals to secure new projects
  • Collaborate with the Pre-sales team to ensure that customer requirements are met and to provide accurate and timely project estimates and proposals
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Develop sales presentations and pitches to effectively showcase offerings and to address customer needs
